Orange Maple Pork with Morita Sauce and Mindongate Radish


Ingredients for Pork:

4 lb. Cargill pork butt, skinless, boneless
2 cup orange juice
2 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper

Method for Pork:

1. Place the pork in a roasting pan.
2. Combine the maple syrup and the orange juice.
3. Pour ½ of the maple orange juice mixture over the pork.
4. Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper.
5. Cover tightly with aluminum paper.
6. Roast the pork at 350F, basting frequently with the rest of the juice and with the fat that accumulates in the pan, until is done approximately 90min.
7. Keep it covered for the first 60 minutes then uncovered until brown.
