BRESOLA WRAPPED MOZZARELLA WITH BASIL LEAF & ARUGULA OIL

Yields: 4 Servings

Ingredients

8 oz Bresola, thinly sliced
2 large balls of buffalo mozzarella, sliced thin
1 package of fresh basil leaves

Method: Avocado Creama

  • Lay out bresola slices and cut mozzarella to fit into the middle of the bresola
  • Place one basil leaf on top of cheese so the tip will stick out once rolled
  • Fold each side of bresola over the cheese and basil and put onto a platter for serving
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil or arugula oil
