Baby Arugula Salad with Bliss 9 Vinaigrette Recipe


Serves 1


• 3 oz baby arugula
• 1 oz bliss 9 vinegar
• 1 oz extra virgin olive oil
• pinch black salt
• 1 oz toasted pistachios
• 1 thinly sliced piece of St. Agur Sheep''s Milk Cheese
• 3 thin slices of green apple halves


• Cut the long, thin slice of St. Agur cheese into a rectangle about 2.5 inches by 6 or 7 inches long.
• Wrap the cheese into a loop and press the ends together just enough so that they hold its shape.
• In a mixing bowl place the arugula, olive oil and vinegar together and toss them till coated evenly. Season with black salt.
• Gently place the greens into the cheese cylinder in the center of the place.
• Stack the apple slices on top of each other and cut them in half and fan each stack on opposite sides of the salad so that you have 3 half slices on either side.
• Drizzle with a little olive oil and the toasted pistachios.
