Fresh SC Summer Pico de Gallo

Ingredients for Pico De Gallo

3 large Tomatoes, diced
4 Green Onions, finely chopped
1/2 small Red Onion, finely chopped
1 SC Summer Peach, pitted & diced
3 oz pickled Pepperoncini, diced
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 small Lime, strained & squeezed
1/4 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
1/2 tsp White Pepper
3/4 tsp dried Cumin
1 1/2 tsp dried Cilantro
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar

Method for Pico De Gallo

• Mix all prepared ingredients, refrigerate for half hour and ENJOY!!
• Goes well as a compliment to southwest fare, Mexican fare, seafood, snacks and salads!
