Artichoke Dip


Serves 4-6

Ingredients for Artichoke Dip

2 14 oz cans quartered Artichoke Hearts (whole are fine also)
7 oz Hellman's Mayonnaise
3 oz shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

Method for Artichoke Dip

• Drain the liquid from the can of artichokes and discard. Squeeze the excess water out of the artichokes. Finely chop them and place into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
• Spoon into an oven safe serving bowl or container and top with some shredded parmesan cheese and bake until warm. Serve with warm pita slices.
