Island Marinated Sirloin Steaks



• 23 oz pineapple juice
• 5 oz brown sugar
• 1 cup yellow diced onion
• 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
• 1 oz chopped garlic
• 1/2 tbsp ground ginger


Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly mixed. make sure all steaks are completely immersed. Cover and refrigerate. Steaks must marinate for 48 hours to achieve desired flavor and tenderness (no longer or steaks will become mushy) Grill and Enjoy
