Charleston Crab House Crab Dip

1 lb Special Crab Meat (Lump)
8 oz Machine Pick (Claw)
1 C Minced Celery
5 C Mayonnaise
1 C Shredded Cheddar
2 C Shredded Mozzarella
2 t Onion Powder
2 t White Pepper


  • Using a small oval, place a full piece of leaf lettuce covering on half of the tray.
  • Using a 5 oz. disher (scoop) place the crab dip over the leaf lettuce.
  • Place (8) salad crackers on the other half of the plate.
  • Place a spread knife between the crab dip and crackers.
  • Sprinkle Paprika over the crab dip.
  • Serve cold.
