2 large leafs of green leaf lettuce
3 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
4 leafs of chiffonade fresh basil
3 tablespoons balsamic mayonnaise

Ingredients/Method for Balsamic Mayonnaise

1T balsamic vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1T balsamic reduction
(1/4 cup balsamic vinegar reduced to 1T and cooled)
