Ingredients for Honey Walnut Shrimp

4 oz Walnut
4 Egg Whites
2 tsp Potato Starch
6 tsp Mayonnaise
2 tsp Honey
8 Shrimp, 16-20 size

Method for Honey Walnut Shrimp

• Boil the walnut and peel off the skin
• Saute the walnut until brown
• Roll the walnut with honey
• Mix shrimp with egg white and potato starch
• Saute the shrimp until well done. Stir in mayonnaise
