Grilled Pork Chop with Hot and Sweet Peppers

Ingredients for Grilled Pork Chop

4 12-14oz. Center Cut Pork Rib Chops
6 oz. Hot Cherry Peppers
6 oz. Roasted Red Peppers
12 oz. Crimini or White Button Mushrooms
2 Medium Size Spanish Onions, Sliced
2 Tbsp. Sugar
12 Year Old Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Method for Grilled Pork Chop

• Season pork with salt and pepper and grill or sear pork chops in hot pan. If pan searing pork can be finished in oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until finished.
• Sautee mushrooms in oil and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
• Sautee onions with butter and oil when onions begin to brown add sugar and continue cooking until they are completely caramelized, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
• Warm both types of peppers in pan with a little oil.
• When pork is cooked set on plate and add warm mushrooms, caramelized onions and top with peppers. Drizzle with the aged balsamic vinegar.
