36 large shrimp, peeled and deveined (16-20 size). Save the shells!
2 portabella mushrooms
10 white mushrooms
10 shitake mushrooms
2 bunches of asparagus

Finishing of the sauce; “beurre manié”

Combine:
1 oz butter
1 oz of flour
2 tbsp of tarragon
2 tbsp of chervil
