• Seasoned Salt, to taste
• 4 14 oz each Dry-Aged Sirloin
• 3-4 sprigs Watercress
• 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
• 1 ½ cups Cognac Cream Sauce (see below)

• 1 cup Cracked Black Peppercorns
• ½ cup Canola Oil
