¼ cup Red Pepper, diced
2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp Mint, chopped
2 tbsp Red Onion, minced
2 tbsp Green Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste

6 each Garlic Cloves, minced
½ tsp Salt
2 each Egg Yolks
