Chef, Dan McClinton

Daniel McClinton is the Chef for 400 Beach Seafood and Tap House, located in downtown St. Petersburg. Born in Washington D.C., and raised in Maryland, Daniel began working in kitchens in 1995. He has been cooking and managing at various restaurants in the area, but has enjoyed working at 400 Beach Seafood and Tap House since 2012.

400 Beach Seafood and Tap House is in its 9th year of business and has won various awards such as Florida Trend Top 20 Restaurant, Best Sunday Brunch, Business Lunch, and Sidewalk Dining. Featuring a raw bar, 24 beers on tap, 65 wines by the glass and signature cocktails. Daniel implements using local sustainable fish, produce, and all natural meats on the 400 Beach Seafood and Tap House menu.
