Fondue

Ingredients:

2 Ounce Tallagio Cheese, rind removed,
diced 4 Ounce Gruyere Cheese
shredded 6 Ounce Parmesan Cheese
grated 12 Ounce cheese cheddar
2 *Lbs osc- Bechamel sauce
12 Ounce cheese fontina Grated or shredded
6 Ounce Cheese cream crushed in chucks
1 Artichoke slice in half

Method:

1. Grate all the cheeses except the Cream cheese
2. Heat your Bechamel sauce until boiling hot, add all cheeses to mixture then let rest
3. Place artichoke on bottom, pour fondue mixture over artichoke
4. Serve with grilled home made sour dough bread .
