INGREDIENTS

2 C rolled oats
4 oz milk chocolate
2 1/2 C flour
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 sticks of butter, cold
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 t vanilla
1 1/2 C chocolate chips
1 C pecans, chopped
