Lonesome Bull / Kating Tone

1/2 C red bell pepper, diced
1/2 C green bell pepper, diced
1/2 C mushrooms, diced
1/2 C brown onion, diced
1 t garlic, chopped
1/2 t chili, chopped
1 t sugar
1 t fish sauce
1 t oyster sauce
1 T cooking oil
1 T roasted shallot
1 T green onion, diced
1/4 C water


  • Grill marinaded Tri-Tip to medium well.
  • Heat oil in cooking pan and brown chopped garlic.
  • Put bell pepper, onion and mushroom into pan.
  • Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili and water.
  • Slice Tri-Tip to bite sizes.
  • Top with cooked toppings.
  • Sprinkle with roasted shallot and diced green onion.
