1 T rice wine
1 t dark soy sauce
1 T cornstarch
1 T salad oil

INGREDIENTS: SAUCE

1/4 C chicken stock
1/4 t salt
2 t sugar
1/2 t light soy sauce
1/2 t dark soy sauce
1/2 t sesame oil
1/2 t chili oil
1/2 t red wine vinegar
1 T salad oil
1 1/2 t cornstarch
