LOBSTER WITH CREAM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

1 steamed lobster
2 tomatoes
1 T flour
1 C white wine
1 egg yolk
1 T butter
1/2 C milk
1/2 onion
1 T olive oil
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper

METHOD: CREAM SAUCE

  • In medium pan, over medium heat, add olive oil and saute onion and tomato until tender.
  • Then add butter, flour and egg yolk until it thickens.
  • Then add white wine, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Stir all together.
  • Drizzle sauce over lobster and serve immediately.
