Bourbon Steak with Roasted Potatoes



12 oz. New York strip steak
3 shrimp, cut in half lengthwise to make 6 equal pieces
3-4 oz. Bourbon sauce (see recipe)
8 oz. Roasted potatoes
1 oz. Montreal seasoning


• Preheat grill to high temperature.
• Cook steaks to desired temperature.
• Pre-heat sauté pan. Add Shrimp to bourbon sauce and sauté pan until cooked through and moist then reduce heat.
• Place Steak on large white round plate over roasted
potatoes. Take sauté pan and pour bourbon sauce and Shrimp over top of the steak
