Murphy’s Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients

8 cups Tomatillos, husked removed
1/8 cup Cilantro leaves
¼ cup Garlic, minced
¼ cup White onion, diced
2/3 tbsp. Cumin
1 tbsp. Garlic salt
½ dried habañero, crushed (or 1 fresh)
1 cup pineapple juice

Method

• Roast tomatillos on cookie sheet at 350° for about 30 minutes until lightly browned.
• Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency. You’re done. Enjoy.
