Shrimp Puerto Peñasco

Ingredients for Shrimp Puerto Peñasco

24 large gulf shrimp,
peeled and deveined
2 jalapeño peppers,
deseeded and minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 oz tequila
Juice of one lime
1 oz white wine
1/4 lb unsalted butter
1/2 T fresh cilantro, chopped
1 T honey
1 t salt

Method for Shrimp Puerto Peñasco

• Heat a large sauté pan. Add canola oil. When hot, add shrimp and jalapeños; sauté for three minutes constantly turning shrimp.
• Reduce and add butter and whisk until melted.
