Gypsy Italian Bistro is not your grandmothers Italian and don't let the fancy linens or use of the word "bistro" fool you. We are a chic (yet unpretentious) fine-dining room, complete with an impressive stone wall with trickling waterscape. The prices are just a tad lower than most upscale Italian restaurants, and being this close to Barton Springs, Gypsy can't help but exude a relaxed atmosphere.
