On the boardwalk in Halibut Cove, the Saltry restaurant serves beautifully presented-freshly prepared-locally harvested seafood with an international-Asian flare. The Saltry’s large organic garden provides the greens and herbs for the restaurant. Art is the mission and it doesn’t stop with food. Sitting on the large covered deck by the fireplace, you have a view across Halibut Cove to the Kenai Mountains and Glaciers.
