Chef Cameron’s Alaska seafood specialties, such as king crab, black cod and halibut, play a central role in the evolving à-la-carte menu. Featuring dishes such as confit pork belly with soft boiled egg and tomato jam, pistachio lavender crusted lamb rack with curry carrot puree and Alaska king salmon served with forbidden rice and saffron beurre blanc, his passion for preparing a variety of cuisine shines in each dish.
