Ingredients for Fondue

4 oz Melting Pot Milk Chocolate Fondue Bar
4 oz Liquid Caramel
2 oz Chopped Pecans

Method for Fondue

  • In top section of double boiler add 4 oz./one Melting Pot Milk Chocolate Fondue Bar and 1 tablespoon of whole milk or water.
  • Turn burner to high.
  • When pot begins to steam, slowly stir mixture until all chocolate melts.
  • Once chocolate is melted add 4 oz. of caramel.
  • Continue to stir to a smooth silky consistency.
  • Lower heat to hold until served.
  • Top with 2 oz. chopped pecans.
