Chef Dady’s Italian and French techniques coupled with Texas products create an engaging menu featuring the freshest local produce, meats and seafood. Revolving prix-fixe menus are available, but for complete culinary indulgence try the Chef Degústation Menu, eight tasting courses paired with wine. Housed in a 1930s stone estate, The Lodge encompasses 2 1/2 acres of sculpted grounds and is minutes from downtown. A private cottage offers secluded dining for large groups or intimate gatherings.
