Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients for Chocolate Pecan Pie
1 cup Rice Crispies
1 cup Pecan
¼ cup Butter
2 oz Chocolate
3 Egg
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Corn Syrup
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Bourbon
¼ tsp ionized Salt
Method for Chocolate Pecan Pie
• Preheat oven to 250º.
• Melt butter and chocolate in a baine marie. Remove from heat and let cool.
• Beat eggs in a mixing bowl until frothy and then blend in the sugar.
• Stir in syrup, vanilla, bourbon, salt, and the chocolate mixture until well blended.
• Arrange pecans and rice crispies on the bottom of the individual molds.
• Pour mixture over top of pecans and rice crispies.
• Bake in oven for 35 minutes.
• Let pies cool before removing them from their molds
