Serves 15 (4 oz) Portions
Ingredients for Key Lime Kamini
1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
10 oz Sour Cream
10 oz Mascarpone Cheese
16 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
Lime Zest from 2 Limes
Method for Key Lime Kamini
• Line the bottom of a 4 oz. decorative glass or cup with graham cracker crumbs mixed with brown sugar.
• Mix all of the ingredients and fold in 3/4 of the lime zest.
• Add in some of the mixture over the top of the graham cracker crust.
• Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs mixed with brown sugar.
• Add in another layer of mixture.
• Top with a dollop of whipped cream & garnish with some lime zest.
