EXECUTIVE CHEF JASON DADY
Jason Dady is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chef.
Chef Jason Dady has been receiving critical acclaim at The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills since he opened in October 2001. The Lodge Restaurant has been regarded as one the best restaurants in San Antonio and the state of Texas by many national and local publications. Chef Dady recently was named “Rising Star Chef” by Restaurant Hospitality and The Lodge has been voted most romantic restaurant in San Antonio two years running. Jason has also been invited to cook at the world famous James Beard House in June of 2005. Prior to The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills, Mr. Dady has worked for the famous San Francisco restaurant Stars Bar and Dining under chef Chris Fernandez. He also spent time in the kitchen of Beringer Wine Estate specializing in pairing fine Beringer wines with selected courses with chef David Frakes. He has participated in opening two restaurants and managed for Landry’s Seafood Inc.
Mr. Dady holds a B.S. in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Texas Tech University and an Associates Chef degree from the California Culinary Academy.
JAKE DADY, General Manager:
Jake Dady is Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner specializing in employee relations.
Prior to The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills, he was the Assistant General Manager for CJ’s Clubhouse Grill in Coppell, Texas.
Mr. Dady attended University of Texas specializing in Public Relations and the University of North Texas with concentration in business management and operations.
