After attending Scottsdale Culinary institute He has worked at a variety of restaurants in the region, then later as Executive Chef for the Fairmount and Gunter Hotels. He then spent a stint as a corporate chef before deciding to work on his own restaurant concept. It was at that time he had to purchase Bistro Time and mold the restaurant into his ideal restaurant. “I wanted to preserve some of the European classics but modernize and lighten some dishes to be more contemporary.
