Chef/Owner Mark Tarbell
Mark was educated in Paris, where he graduated from La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine and studied with Peter Vezan at the Academie du Vin. Mark was nominated for "Best Chef-Southwest" in 2001 by the James Beard Foundation. He is a frequent guest chef and speaks and teaches on cooking and wine at such venues as the Food & Wine Aspen Classic, the Greenbrier Cooking School, The James Beard House, and the Napa Valley Wine Auction. He appears regularly on local and national television, has written on food and wine for several magazines, and is a contributing author to a number of cookbooks.
