Chefs Patrick & Terrace
Brothers Patrick and Terence Feury, born and raised in Middletown,
New Jersey, have commanded kitchens at some of the country's top rated
restaurants in New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC and Atlantic City.
Both received training at Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing before
embarking on separate culinary journeys.
Terence has worked at trendsetting restaurants, including Peacock
Alley in New York's Waldorf Astoria, Allison on Dominick and Le Bernardin.
In Philadelphia, he garnered acclaim as the Executive Chef at The Grill at
Ritz Carlton and Striped Bass.
After completing his culinary training, Patrick built an equally
impressive resume with tenures at Peacock Alley, Christer's, Gertrude's and
Le Cirque in New York, Les Olivades in Paris, France, and Suilan, at the
Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City. In 2004, he cemented his reputation as an
outstanding chef with the critically acclaimed French and Asian inspired
cuisine at the award-winning restaurant Nectar in Berwyn.
