My name is Alfredo Aguilar and I would like to invite you to the wonderful restaurant Las Cazuelas. Originally born in Puebla, I came to this great country when I was 4 years old. I apprenticed as a kitchen manager at another Mexican restaurant in Old City where I learned my trade from the head chef who became my mentor. Since opening Las Cazuelas in November 1999, we have received great reviews and have been featured in many newspapers and magazines not only in Philadelphia but also around the country. Out of all my achievements, I am most proud of the fact that I have contributed to the community where I grew up.
