story restaurant/bar that
opened in Novemeb er of 2002 by
owner Sean Coyle.When deciding upon a concept,
he chose the upscale relaxed atmosphere of New Orleans
with a touch of Southern Hospitality. The premises, formerly
an Old Mill Building from 1815, was completely
remodeled and echoes of
French Quarter Dining
with a Mardi Gras Bar
scene took hold. From the
Oyster Rockefellar to the Country
Style Ribs, Bourbon Blue's cuisine is New
Orleans Inspired American with a definitive Philadelphia
Twist. For good food, great service, live music, and one of th e
