Ingredients for Philly Cheesesteak Stuffing

1 lb Wafer Steak Meat
4 oz Provolone, sliced thin
1 tbsp Parmesan Reggiano, grated
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Method for Philly Cheesesteak Stuffing

In a large braising pan, heat oil on high.
• When pan begins to smoke, carefully add wafer steak meat.
• Cook meat through, stirring occasionally.
• Drain liquid and add all cheeses.
• When cheese is melted, season and remove from heat.
• Cool & then use as your stuffing
