Chef Michael Rossi has created a menu that features a pairing of fine wines with the freshest vegetables and entrées of the season, achieving a dynamic balance that both excites and entices the palette. A brick-domed, intimate Wine Cellar offers rare vintages of fine wines from around the world. Visitors can experience tableside flambé and live entertainment during both our lunch and dinner service.
