Paco’s Tacos & Tequila promises bold Texas fl avor with Mexican infl uences. Featured dishes include Paco’s Taco, a slow-roasted beef brisket taco; Traditional Cheese Enchiladas with Paco’s signature chili con carne and Wood-Fired Grilled Fajitas. A tortilla machine will churn out fresh tortillas daily. A variety of dishes are seasoned with
spice blends custom made by a Texas-based company. All menu items include the highest quality ingredients, including antibiotic and hormone free beef. The beverage
program features more than 60 tequilas, a variety of specialty margaritas, beers from Mexico, Texas and North Carolina and an excellent selection of wines.
