Rooster’s is high quality cuisine with a Southern boy’s culinary impartations that
happen to include Spanish, French and Italian influences. You will be drawn to the sight
and scent of the wood-fired oven, rotisserie, and grill as it prepares food in portions to
be shared or eaten alone. Fine wines have been hand picked by Chef Jim Noble and
are housed in an artisan crafted wrought iron display.
