Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen serves high-quality Southern cuisine with Spanish, French and Italian infl uences. You will be drawn to the sight and scent of the wood-fi red oven, rotisserie, and grill as the Chef and team prepares food in portions to be shared or eaten alone. Fine wines have been hand-picked by Chef Jim Noble and are housed in an artisan crafted wrought iron display. Wines include selections from Eric Solomon, as well as wines from all over the world. Located in SouthPark across from SouthPark Mall and Rooster’s newest location in Uptown Charlotte, opening in mid-2011.
