The five Wong brothers have combined their talents to create Chinese dishes utilizing Louisiana ingredients to create signature dishes such as Crawfish with Spicy Lobster Sauce, Alligator stir-fried with Fresh Mushrooms, Fried Soft Shell Crab topped with their ever popular “Tong-Cho sauce”. Their 200 seat restaurant immolates a Chinese Palace with imported rosewood ceilings, wall panels, antique furnishings, and inlaid mother of pearl dining chairs.
