Semolina began when Greg Reggio, Hans Limburg and Gary Darling - now
affectionately known as the Taste Buds - combined their talents to create an
innovative dining concept centered around pasta. Creating their own
restaurant gave them the opportunity to share the recipes they love to
invent. Today, they continue to use imaginative sauces and fresh ingredients
to create adventurous new pasta dishes for a unique Semolina menu.
