Bourbon House, Dickie Brennan's newest restaurant was named one of the best new restaurants in America by John Mariani in the November 2003 issue of Esquire. Bourbon House showcases New Orleans Seafood and classic Creole dishes. Bourbon House is the place to enjoy authentic New Orleans dishes such as Oysters Rockefeller and Trout Pecan in a lively atmosphere with huge picture windows overlooking Bourbon Street. The more casual Oyster Bar is the centerpiece of the restaurant serving Louisiana Oysters on the Half Shell (with or without caviar) and the house specialty, Plateaux de Fruits de Mer. ‘If it's not in season, you won't find it on our menu," Dickie Brennan commented. Classic New Orleans dishes have been revived with Bourbon House.
