Bourbon House showcases New Orleans Seafood and classic Creole dishes. Bourbon House is the place to enjoy authentic New Orleans dishes such as Oysters Rockefeller and Trout Pecan in a lively atmosphere with huge picture windows overlooking Bourbon Street. The more casual Oyster Bar is the centerpiece of the restaurant serving Louisiana Oysters on the Half Shell (with or without caviar) and the house specialty, Plateaux de Fruits de Mer. ‘If it's not in season, you won't find it on our menu," Dickie Brennan commented.
