In May of 2004, Chef Tom Wolfe took over the reigns of this reknown restaurant
from longtime friend and also Emeril alumn, Chef Anne Kearney. A two-story 19th
century French Quarter building gives home to this restaurant where dark wood
furnishings, numerous mirrors, large columns, and two large painted murals of the
eponymous Peristyle at New Orleans City Park adorn the dining room
and bar. Highly influenced by Southern France, this Contemporary French
menu will continue the tradition of Peristyle being known as the
best restaurant in New Orleans.
