Chef Regina Mehallick
"Medical office management" is not something you expect to see on a chef's resume, but Regina Mehallick did just that for 15 years before deciding to attend culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Charleston, S.C. Since completing her degree, Chef Regina's career has taken her to England, Scotland, Ireland, Sicily and finally to the kitchens of The Canterbury Hotel in Indianapolis. 10 months later, she was in her own kitchen at R bistro.
