Glinda began her culinary journey in 1985 when she started as a cook for the Darden Corporation at the Olive Garden in Indianapolis, Indiana and did part time work with Le Peep, Lonestar as well as some private catering functions.
Her passion was sparked and she decided to take her career to the next level when she joined The Montgomery Inn in Indianapolis as the Executive Kitchen Manager in 1992. After the restaurant closed in 1999 Glinda did a brief stint as an Assistant Kitchen Manager for Buca Di Beppo before she decided to join the P.F. Chang’s team in 2000.
Glinda’s passion for quality and consistency is what makes her a great chef.
She expects no less of her staff and the difference that experience makes is evident to every guest at every table.
