Chef Jeff Stafford
Executive Chef Jeff Stafford began his professional cooking career in 1986 by opening a catering company in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 1988, just two years later, Stafford catered an event for IMSA race team, leading him to see the need for an onsite hospitality company in the racing industry. After working with a local race team in Indianapolis, Chef Stafford moved to Southern California and followed this career path for over thirteen years, traveling across the United States and visiting three countries on two continents.
After a successful career in the hospitality and catering industry Chef Stafford decided it was time to settle down and focus on an independent career in restaurants. In 2001 Jeff opened Catfish Blues Café, a 150 seat home cooked Cajun restaurant with live music. Ultimately, this led to Mo’s…A Place for Steaks where he began work in 2004 and continues to develop in his role as Executive Chef.
