Executive Chef Joseph Heidenreich
Chef Joseph Heidenreich and Jeff Wright, General Manager, formerly of the California Café, are the owners and operators of Agio. Chef Joseph apprenticeship with Exec Chef Werner Seyfried in Vienna Austria. Chef Joseph has worked with Many Hotels and Restaurants around the world London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dallas, San Antonio, Oklahoma, Munich, Frankfurt, Rome, and including the world famous Opryland Hotel in Nashville Tennessee. Returning home to Indianapolis to open California Café Restaurant and bar in 1995 until 2001. When he and his business partner took the plunge to buy and run their own Restaurant in 2001 to present. A dream comes true for a Chef back home again in Indiana.
