1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup whole Milk
1 Egg
½ tsp Salt

Ingredients for Crepe Filling
¾ lb Chicken Breast, ground
¼ lb Thigh meat, ground
1 cup Sweet Potatoes, cooked & mashed
½ cup Cream Cheese
2 Celery Stalks
½ large Onion, sautéed
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Ingredients for Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 lb Gorgonzola Cheese crumbles
1 cup Chicken Stock (home made is best)
1 cup Heavy Cream
