Ingredients for Tuna Tataki Sauce
1 cup Teryaki Sauce
1½ cup Clover Honey
¾ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
6 oz Pre-Mixed Wasabi Powder
¾ cup Kewpie Mayo
1 tbsp Xantham Gum
Method for Tuna Tataki Sauce
• In a food processor, mix together the first
five ingredients.
• Add Xantham Gum and continue to mix for an
additional 5 minutes to achieve the full thickening
power of the Xantham Gum.
• Transfer to a squeeze bottle and drizzle over
blackened tuna.
