Chef Peter-Paul Meyer

For more than 22 years, Chef Peter-Paul Meyer has been standing behind the Stove at numerous first class Hotels and Restaurants in Germany and through out the Unites States.

Born and raised in Bonn, Germany, Peter-Paul Meyer did his apprenticeship as a cook in Wiesbaden, Germany at the luxurious Hotel Nassauer Hof.

Shortly after that an opportunity opened up to come and work in the US, where he shortly after met his wife.

Driven by his curiosity, love of travel and desire to work on his resume and cooking knowledge, Peter Meyer moved around the US.

Working for the Hotel DuPont in Delaware, The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, the Bishops Lodge in Santa Fe, helped him to become about 10 years ago Executive Chef at the Omni Hotel and later Executive Chef at the Hilton Hotel in Philadelphia.

Becoming unexpectedly a father, tossed his life a bit around and helped him to discover his new Home here in Indianapolis.

Peter-Paul Meyer loves working with the 120 West Market Fresh Gill theme, which is cooking with all fresh ingredients, focusing on local and regional items and recipes. His goal is to get the 120 West Market Fresh Gill to be a well known and preferred Restaurant, not only for the well traveled World Traveler, but also for the Hoosier here in Indianapolis.
